you're here because…

From the outside, it all looks fine. On the inside, it doesn't feel that way.

You're the capable one. The one people count on. You've built a career, a family, a life  and you've spent a long time taking care of everyone in it.

But somewhere along the way, something shifted. Maybe it was a divorce, a loss, becoming a mother, or your kids needing you less. Maybe the perfectionism and over-functioning that used to work just… stopped working.

“I know I'm capable of handling my life. So why do I feel so disconnected from myself?”

You may already understand a lot about why you feel this way. You just can't seem to get unstuck. That's exactly where we start.

HOW I CAN HELP

What brought you here?

Most people come to me during a season when something has changed within themselves, their relationships, their bodies or their lives.

1

Anxiety, OCD & Perfectionism

When being "on" all the time has stopped working.

For the overthinker, the over-functioner and the people-pleaser. We get to the root of the pressure  and build tools that actually calm your mind and body.

MY APPROACH

Find deeper alignment and lasting change.

My clients describe me as deeply collaborative, someone who balances being warm and challenging, safe and direct. Together, we'll get curious about what's happening and why, then figure out what you can actually do differently. Along the way, you'll begin to see what a better relationship with yourself can look like.

Drawing from ACT, IFS, ERP, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic, mind–body work — tailored to you, never one-size-fits-all.

Understand yourself

See where your patterns come from and why something that used to work no longer does.

Trust yourself again

Reconnect with your needs, your body and what you actually want.

Practical tools

Concrete, everyday steps to respond differently to anxiety, emotions and old habits.

Relationships without losing yourself

Set boundaries, ask for what you need and feel more connected.

Hi, I'm Allison

When life shifts, I help people find their way back to themselves.

For 20 years, I've walked alongside people through anxiety, eating disorders, grief and life's biggest transitions, in private practice, residential treatment (including Renfrew and Reasons), and interdisciplinary palliative care teams.

On a personal note: As the eldest daughter in my family, I learned early to tune in to everyone else's feelings, and I've lived with anxiety since I was young. Becoming a mom of two also reshaped my identity in ways I didn't expect. I know firsthand how much it matters to have someone who truly listens.
